Cellular Signal Strength - Field Testing
We've completed field testing for 3G signal strength and Internet speeds throughout the Inland Northwest. Areas with medium to strong cell signal will receive the fastest Internet speeds. This will usually mean that if your cell phone has one or two full bars of signal then with amplification you'll see three to four full bars of signal. Three to four full bars will produce download speeds above or near 1 Mbps and upload speeds from 300- 400 Kbps or higher. Speeds will also vary depending on the wireless carrier.

For a nominal fee, special cell phone testing can be scheduled for your area of interest. Otherwise, additional testing will occure during normal visits throughout the Inland Northwest.
