As part of normal business, Airwerx is required to obtain financial information from all of our valued clients. All new accounts will need to furnish credit card information in order to create your account.
Immediately following the creation of your account, all credit card information is destroyed and the information is never used by Airwerx unless the client has provided authorization to charge labor and materials to complete the scheduled installation.
Equipment is billed to this account upon ordering. Our customers have the option of monthly autopay charged to the account on file or, monthly paper billing for recurring service.
All customers have the ability to pay their monthly bill (for services) via your online account at the respective carriers secured website.
You can login and change credit accounts and update important account information such as expiration dates at any time following activation.
No personal or financial information collected by Airwerx is ever shared with any other third party.
